The Madeira wines we selected are all Barbeito's. It is a top producer always in search of the best taste and balance. For instance they use the canteiro method to cause oxidative ageing. Meaning it is kept for several years in a sunheated storage instead of a few months in estufa (oven). This results in very rich and balanced Madeira wine.
