Recipe cucumber soup

Ideal for warm and sunny days, a soup with cucumber, green apple and lime that is served cold and tastes amazing, especially with a glass of vinho verde.

In the blender:
150-200ml Greek yoghurt
Two cucumbers, in pieces without the seeds.
Two green apples (granny Smith) in pieces.
Lime juice (1 lime)
Garlic clove
Salt & pepper

Tip 1: put the yoghurt in first to blend well.

Tip 2: the lime juice is crucial to keep the colour and taste in tact.
