Colheita is a tawny Port, made from grapes of 1 special harvest year. Where 'regular' Tawny Port is meant to be of uniform quality, Colheita Port differs from year to year in character and has more depth than a regular Tawny. 

Niepoort usually lets a Colheita age for a minimum of 10 years. This Colheita 2008 aged in small oak barrels for nearly 11 years   (bottled in July 2019). Transparant brick redt in colour with the taste of dried apricots.
